The new order of the time is to forgive, accept, and love.
Love myself. Love my body. Love M. Love my family. Love those I come across.
Forgive myself. Forgive M. Forgive the resentments I hold in my heart. Forgive my rapist.
The past is past. I do not need to be shamed by it or deny it. I'm in the present and it is to be enjoyed and lived to the fullest. The best choices are to be made for all. The past is not for regrets; instead, the future is for hopes.
I am glad we married. I know we can't be together right now. I hope we can be, in the future.

I do not "have to" do anything.
I will no longer use the word "fail."
"Should" is not a logical concept.

Awareness is healthy; denial is not. I am not going to act a certain way or try to feel a certain way because that is what others expect or want of me. I will be aware of my feelings and do my best to act in accordance with what is the healthiest way to express them.
