Before I got married, I said that I knew our relationship would be volatile - we are both take-charge, expressive, powerful personalities. I had no idea just how right I was! This past year has been a roller coaster of events, decisions, and emotions. But my whole life has pretty much been like that. ;)
M and I have dealt with many obstacles, many of which we have created and thrown in the other's way. We have faced many challenges, and will continue to do so - together. Deployment, the D-word in the military world, is coming quickly. He will be in a war zone for 12 months, hopefully no more. Communication will be spotty and anxiety rampant, but we are crazy and strong and young and in love, and we will weather this storm.
I am not working and won't be looking for a job until he leaves. We are undecided as to where I will be living while he is gone. I am currently in school, with the semester ending in May, and will probably take classes while he's gone.
